Contact and project enquiries
We process your name, email address, project location, description and optional phone number or images to handle and discuss your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding. Required fields are necessary for submission. Enquiries are sent using authenticated, encrypted SMTP to the business Gmail inbox (Google Ireland Limited). Please only submit necessary images and avoid unnecessary personal data about other people.
Hosting and technical delivery
This website is hosted by Host Unlimited (Bieber IT GmbH, Braunschweiger Straße 22, 38518 Gifhorn, Germany). The server processes IP address, request time, requested address and technical browser information as necessary for delivery and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in secure and reliable operation.
Storage and deletion
Images are held in private PHP temporary storage only during processing and then removed. Copies remain as attachments with the email. Enquiries are deleted once no longer needed for handling, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate reasons require storage. Abuse protection stores a keyed hash of the IP address and counters, not message contents. Records are cleaned on subsequent access after 24 hours; a daily cleanup task is provided. Hosting logs are subject to the provider’s retention settings.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a data protection authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
External links and email services
WhatsApp is only contacted when you open its link. Form entries are not included in the link. Subsequent use is subject to the policies of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. WhatsApp and Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. Their linked privacy policies explain recipients and transfer safeguards. Phone and email links open your chosen application.
Essential session
No analytics, marketing, external fonts or automatically loaded maps are used. Opening the enquiry form sets an essential session cookie for form security. It is not used for advertising and ends with the browser session. The legal basis for necessary device access is § 25(2)(2) TDDDG; abuse prevention relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
